No. 36 is a private singles members club built around real-life connection, curated introductions, private gatherings, member experiences, Circle gatherings, The Signal, and selected annual rituals such as Match Day.

No. 36 is not a dating app, public dating platform, relationship agency, or guarantee of romantic outcome.

Members are not publicly browsed. Introductions are curated with care. Access to the member experience depends on application status, membership status, eligibility, safety, privacy, and No. 36's discretion.

No. 36 is operated by:

To use No. 36, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• provide accurate and current information
• be legally able to enter into these Terms
• be currently single and available to pursue a relationship, unless otherwise agreed with No. 36
• treat other members, applicants, nominees, staff, partners, and guests with respect
• comply with No. 36's privacy, conduct, safety, and event rules

No. 36 may refuse, pause, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a person is not suitable for the club, has provided false or misleading information, has breached these Terms, or may affect the safety, privacy, quality, or atmosphere of No. 36.

Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.

No. 36 may approve, decline, waitlist, request more information, request an interview, or take no further action on an application at its discretion.

No. 36 may consider factors including, but not limited to:

• intention
• values
• discretion
• availability
• conduct
• profile completeness
• compatibility with the current chapter
• chapter balance
• member safety
• quality of the room
• privacy concerns
• prior interactions with No. 36

No. 36 is not required to explain an application decision.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

You must not share your account, login details, member portal access, messages, introductions, private event details, or confidential No. 36 information with another person.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify No. 36 of unauthorized use.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact No. 36 through the contact form as soon as possible.

Membership is limited by chapter and subject to approval.

The public website does not display membership pricing. Membership fees and available membership options are shown privately to accepted applicants during their invitation window.

Membership levels may include:

• Resident Member
• Black Card Member

No. 36 may update, rename, add, remove, or change membership levels in the future.

Membership access begins when:

• your application has been accepted
• your membership invitation is open
• payment is confirmed
• No. 36 activates your member account

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

You may not sell, gift, lend, transfer, assign, or share your membership.

Membership fees are paid in advance.

Membership fees are for access to the private member experience during the relevant membership period. This may include access to the member portal, private member communications, selected event eligibility, Circle placement consideration, curated introductions, The Signal, Match Day eligibility, and other No. 36 experiences depending on your membership status and chapter.

Membership fees do not guarantee:

• a romantic relationship
• a specific introduction
• a specific number of introductions
• a specific event invitation
• a specific number of events
• a specific Circle placement
• acceptance into Match Day
• mutual interest from another member
• attendance by a specific person
• any romantic, social, or personal outcome

Unless required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable once membership access has begun.

Membership fees are not refundable because of:

• change of mind
• lack of personal use
• failure to attend events
• inability to attend events
• dissatisfaction with a specific event, introduction, Circle, member, or experience
• failure to form a romantic relationship
• failure to receive a specific introduction
• personal schedule changes
• relocation
• account pause, restriction, suspension, or termination caused by member conduct
• choosing not to use the member portal or member services

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Swedish or EU law.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable Swedish and EU consumer law.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it will be handled according to applicable law.

By purchasing membership and requesting immediate access to No. 36, you expressly agree that membership services may begin immediately after payment confirmation and account activation.

You acknowledge that if membership services begin during any statutory withdrawal period, your right to withdraw may be limited, proportionally reduced, or lost where permitted by applicable law.

If you wish to exercise any statutory withdrawal right, you must contact No. 36 through the contact form and include:

• your full name
• email connected to your No. 36 account
• date of purchase
• membership type
• a clear statement that you wish to withdraw

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

A member may choose not to renew their membership.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current paid membership period unless required by applicable law.

If No. 36 offers automatic renewal, the renewal terms, renewal date, fee, and cancellation process will be shown before renewal applies.

No. 36 may also choose not to renew a membership.

No. 36 may pause, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if a member:

• breaches these Terms
• breaches the Code of Conduct
• provides false or misleading information
• shares private club information
• behaves disrespectfully or unsafely
• harasses, pressures, threatens, or harms another person
• misuses introductions, events, messages, or private information
• attempts to bypass platform rules or security
• acts in a way that damages the trust, safety, privacy, or atmosphere of No. 36

If access is paused, restricted, suspended, or terminated because of member conduct, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

No. 36 may host private dinners, salons, Circle gatherings, music-led evenings, themed nights, member experiences, and other events.

Events may be limited by:

• capacity
• chapter
• membership level
• Circle
• invitation
• RSVP approval
• member readiness
• safety
• balance of the room
• No. 36's discretion

Requesting a seat does not guarantee attendance.

No. 36 may approve, decline, waitlist, cancel, or revoke an RSVP to protect the quality, privacy, balance, safety, and atmosphere of the event.

No. 36 events are curated, capacity-limited, and often connected to a specific date, time, venue, or period.

Unless required by applicable law, event fees are non-refundable.

Event fees are not refundable because of:

• change of mind
• late arrival
• no-show
• personal schedule conflict
• inability to attend
• dissatisfaction with the guest list, venue, seating, format, or atmosphere
• failure to form a romantic or social connection
• failure to meet a specific person
• removal from an event due to conduct

If No. 36 cancels an event, No. 36 may offer, depending on the situation and applicable law:

• transfer to another event
• credit
• refund

No. 36 is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, childcare, clothing, or other costs connected to an event unless required by law.

Some event locations are private and may be released only after RSVP approval, shortly before the event, or at No. 36's discretion.

Members must not publicly share:

• private venues
• addresses
• guest lists
• seating plans
• event details
• private photos or videos from events
• member names or identities
• confidential communications

No. 36 may revoke event access if privacy rules are breached.

Members should cancel as early as possible if they cannot attend.

Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or disruptive event behavior may affect:

• future invitations
• Circle placement
• RSVP approval
• Match Day eligibility
• membership status

Members must follow event rules, dress code, arrival instructions, venue rules, and No. 36 staff instructions.

No. 36 may create curated introductions between members.

Introductions are based on information available to No. 36, including profile details, chemistry answers, matching preferences, photos, The Signal, event behavior, admin notes, member readiness, and curation judgment.

No. 36 does not guarantee:

• mutual curiosity
• mutual acceptance
• a date
• contact exchange
• continued conversation
• compatibility
• a relationship
• any specific romantic outcome

A member's decision to pass, decline, not respond, or not continue an introduction does not create a right to a refund.

Some introductions may include a staged reveal process.

Members may first see limited information. More information may be shown only if both members express mutual curiosity or if No. 36 decides it is appropriate under the reveal rules.

A private chat may open only when:

• No. 36 created the introduction
• both members accepted after the reveal
• both members have active access
• No. 36 has not blocked or paused the chat

Members may not message random members or create chats outside the No. 36 introduction process.

No. 36 may close, pause, or archive a chat if there are safety, privacy, conduct, or eligibility concerns.

Member-to-member chats are private between the introduced members, but No. 36 may review reports, metadata, and, where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms, message content.

By using No. 36 chat, you understand that reported conversations or conversations connected to safety concerns may be reviewed by No. 36.

Members must not use chat to:

• harass
• pressure
• threaten
• insult
• discriminate
• request money
• send explicit content without consent
• share private information without permission
• advertise or solicit
• impersonate another person
• continue contact after someone has clearly ended communication

The Signal is an optional voice feature.

Members may answer a private prompt in their own voice. The Signal is reviewed by No. 36 and may be used only in curated introductions if approved and selected.

The Signal is not public.

Members may not access another member's Signal unless No. 36 includes it in an introduction and the reveal rules allow it.

No. 36 may approve, reject, hide, archive, or request a replacement Signal.

Match Day is a selected No. 36 experience.

Registration or interest in Match Day does not guarantee selection, pairing, attendance, introduction, contact unlock, or romantic outcome.

No. 36 may select, waitlist, decline, pair, unpair, or remove members from Match Day at its discretion.

For Match Day, No. 36 may consider:

• member status
• readiness
• preferences
• prior introductions
• prior pairings
• event behavior
• safety
• fit
• chapter balance
• curation judgment

Match Day may involve a blind or limited-reveal introduction format. Details may be released only when No. 36 decides it is appropriate.

Active members may be allowed to nominate someone for consideration.

A nomination does not guarantee that the nominee will be contacted, accepted, invited, or approved.

No. 36 may review, contact, decline, close, or convert a nomination into an application at its discretion.

Members must only nominate people they reasonably believe may be appropriate for No. 36.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and honest information.

You must update No. 36 if important information changes, including relationship status, availability, safety concerns, or information that may affect introductions or event participation.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information may result in declined application, restricted access, suspension, termination, or removal from events.

You must only upload photos and content that belong to you or that you have the right to use.

You must not upload:

• fake photos
• misleading photos
• photos of another person presented as you
• offensive content
• explicit content
• illegal content
• content that violates someone else's rights

No. 36 may approve, reject, remove, hide, or request replacement photos or profile content.

No. 36 is built around discretion.

You agree not to disclose or share confidential No. 36 information, including:

• member identities
• private introductions
• private messages
• event locations
• guest lists
• Circle details
• Match Day details
• screenshots from the member portal
• admin communications
• private member information

This duty continues even after your membership ends.

Members, applicants, nominees, and guests must behave with respect, maturity, and discretion.

You must not:

• harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, pressure, or intimidate another person
• discriminate based on protected characteristics
• share private information without consent
• record, photograph, or post private club moments without permission
• act aggressively or disruptively at events
• misuse alcohol or substances in a way that affects safety or comfort
• contact someone outside agreed boundaries
• use No. 36 for business solicitation, recruitment, promotion, or financial requests
• damage the reputation, trust, or privacy of No. 36 or its members

No. 36 may act immediately if safety or privacy is at risk.

No. 36 offers access to a curated private member experience.

No. 36 does not guarantee:

• love
• romance
• attraction
• chemistry
• compatibility
• a relationship
• marriage
• a specific number of dates
• a specific number of introductions
• a specific member experience
• attendance by a specific person
• acceptance by another member

Membership is not a purchase of a romantic outcome.

No. 36 may update, change, pause, remove, or replace parts of the website, member portal, dashboard, events, features, or services.

No. 36 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

Temporary technical issues, maintenance, or feature changes do not create a right to refund unless required by law.

The No. 36 name, brand, design, copy, platform, visual identity, event concepts, member experience, materials, and content belong to No. 36 or its licensors.

You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, distribute, imitate, or exploit No. 36 materials without written permission.

By submitting profile content, application answers, photos, messages, Signal recordings, preferences, or other content, you give No. 36 the right to use that content as needed to operate the service, review your application, manage membership, curate introductions, provide events, moderate safety, and communicate with you.

No. 36 will not publicly use your private member content for marketing without your permission.

No. 36 processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, how long it is stored, who may access it, and what rights you have under applicable data protection law.

You should review the Privacy Policy before using No. 36.

No. 36 may contact you by email, in-app message, phone, or other contact details you provide.

Communications may include:

• application updates
• membership invitations
• payment reminders
• event invitations
• RSVP updates
• introduction updates
• Match Day updates
• safety notices
• account notices
• service messages

You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

No. 36 does not store full payment card details unless handled securely by an approved payment provider.

Payment confirmation may be required before membership or event access is activated.

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, or flagged for review, No. 36 may pause or restrict access while the issue is reviewed.

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact No. 36 first through the contact form.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute while continuing to use No. 36 services, No. 36 may pause access until the issue is resolved.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account termination.

No. 36 events may take place at third-party venues or involve third-party partners.

Members must follow venue rules and partner requirements.

No. 36 is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, products, services, or venue conditions beyond what is required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, No. 36 is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, emotional disappointment, loss of expected romantic outcome, loss of social outcome, or personal costs connected to membership, events, introductions, or platform use.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

No. 36 may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, No. 36 may notify members by email, in-app message, or member portal notice.

Continued use of No. 36 after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If a dispute arises, you should first contact No. 36 through the contact form. No. 36 will try to resolve the matter in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or dispute resolution rights available under Swedish or EU law.
